30-Day Returns

You may return most unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Not show signs of wear, damage, or misuse.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-engraved products.
  • Gift cards.
  • Clearance or final sale items.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective item), we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
  • If you are returning an item for any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Exchanges
