Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

Shipping Times

Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can monitor your shipment.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, shipping method, and the size of your order.
From time to time, JP Leather may offer free shipping promotions. Any applicable promotions will be clearly displayed on our website.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States.
If international shipping becomes available, eligible countries will appear during checkout.
Delayed, Lost, or Stolen Packages
After an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.
If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you still need assistance, contact JP Leather and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.
JP Leather is not responsible for delays caused by weather, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please verify your shipping address before placing your order.
If an incorrect address is provided and your order has not yet shipped, contact us immediately. Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made.
Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect address may be the customer's responsibility.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
